Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
 

Neuromuscular Massage

Neuromuscular therapy is an intense form of bodywork that consists of focused, concentrated massage on a specific area of concern. Pressure is used to relieve trigger points in the muscle that may cause limited range of motion and chronic pain issues. This type of massage is for a client that experiences chronic discomfort from postural issues or a compressed nerve from a fall or injury.
 

Prenatal Massage

A gentle full body massage. Pressure can be adjusted to expecting mothers comfort level. Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Most clients prefer their session to be focused on relieving the muscle cramps, spasms and pain often encountered in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs during pregnancy. Safe semi-reclined and side-to-side body positioning with body pillows for extra comfort. Special side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

This body work is deep as well as gentle with a rhythm that is soothing.  Your therapist will apply broad, flowing strokes with the grace of hula. These techniques use the therapists fingers, palms, and forearms.The pressure used during your session is guided by the response of the clients muscles. Lomi Lomi is both relaxing and rejuvenating. Lomi Lomi assists in aligning the body, mind, and spirit.
